Antares Resort Goa

Antares is an avant- garde Restaurant and Beach Club by Master Chef Australia Chef Sarah Todd.

It is located on the alluring Vagator Beach which is situated on the top of a small hill, overlooking the sea. This resort is an architectural showpiece, with an awe-inspiring view of the Indian Ocean and a perfect spot for guests to watch the sunset in the evening and experience casual dining.

Chef Sarah Todd created a 250 seat Australian themed restaurant at the top to experience casual dining.

The property also contains 13 luxury Cottages with stunning ocean views making their way down to the Beach Club where guests can relax or play on the beautiful beach of Vagator.

The complex includes a retail fashion outlet with Australian brands. The goal is to add a little bit of Australia on this beach paradise.

Sarah has collaborated with India’s most ethical and sustainable growers to source ingredients that result in delicious organic and pesticide free produce.

The menu is healthy and flavorful drawing inspiration from the Australian cuisine with a hint of Asian influence.

Sarah has a vision to deliver contemporary, inspiring and seasonal cuisine that’s accessible and affordable.

Set on the shores of Vagator, the beach club is one of Antares’ prime gathering places.

Here one finds lavish day beds, wood fire pizzas, tasty share plates and refreshing cocktails to break up the dips in the ocean all whilst listening to sunset rituals and live music played by internationally renowned artists. Antares offers five categories of cottages:

Party Huts:Located only a few steps from our internationally renowned restaurant these cottages are the perfect setting for guests looking to get their fix of the best parties in town.

 

Ocean Delight: Located on top of a cliff overlooking the beach, these cottages offer stunning views of the sunset and enjoy additional privacy, perfect for a romantic retreat or a tranquil siesta.

Ocean Comfort: These opulent cottages are positioned on the poolside deck and feature a lounging area equipped with sun beds and a hammock, ideal for a lazy evening spent besides the pool with a cocktail in one hand and your favorite book in the other.

Ocean Front: With the pristine Ozran beach just a single flight of stairs away from your doorstep, these cottages exemplify what a beachfront resort is all about. The exquisitely designed cottages are placed on a wooden deck and are naturally shaded by large coconut palms.

Antares Suites: These cottages are perfectly suited for those who like to spend their time enjoying impeccable views of the ocean while at the same time having step-out access to the our lively restaurant and bar.
